What do you do when you encounter GREAT service?

If you are like me, when you get BAD service, you generally say something.  It's part of human nature to tell the world when we get a bad deal or bad service.

However, what do you do if you get GREAT or EXCEPTIONAL service?  Are you as vocal when you get GREAT service?  I know I am!

I've been known to tell managers in restaurants, "that's the best waiter/waitress, I've ever had serve me"  or to tell the clerk at the grocery store that they were helpful and then go and tell their manager about it.  I've even done that at WAL-MART of all places, and they are just not known for their great service!

I bring this up because I think it's important that we focus on encouraging people to do things WELL.  We live in a society that really teaches us to just do enough to get by.  However, sincere encouragement can really work wonders, not only in how it makes YOU feel giving the praise, but how it may alter someone's day or even life.

Case in point lately.  I had a so-so experience with a graphic designer while looking for someone to design our team's new logo.  Until now, I've not told ONE person that I had a less than stellar experience with this design company.  However, I have had FANTASTIC service from another graphic designer named Steve, who I found on EBAY (his EBAY ID is Bladoww).  Steve has gone out of his way to make us happy with his designs and revisions.  He has been exceptional in his artisitic visions for us and we've been very excited to send Steve as much business as we possibly could.  Even in writing this blog entry, I hope that if you need something done with graphics (logos, website images, marketing concepts) that you will contact Steve on EBAY and have the same great experience as we have had.

I found a place online recently that you can actually go and give reviews of service for various businesses!  In fact, we have placed our information there and are patiently waiting for our past clients to have their voices heard.  The website is called Insider Pages and you can find us on there by clicking here. We have done a couple of reviews as well...dentists, mechanics, restaurants and of course Realtors® are all there to be rated!

It's our goal to always be that EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE that you can't wait to tell your friends and family about so hopefully, we live up to that and our Insider Page proves that!
